• Property and household data you add: homes, addresses, utility accounts, payments, renters, documents, and credentials you choose to store.
• Photos and files you upload, such as room images for decor inspiration or property documents.
• Usage data such as device type and interactions, used to keep the service running and improve it.

How we use information

• To provide and maintain your household and the features you use.
• To authenticate you and keep your data accessible only to you and the co-owners you share a home with.
• To send rent reminders and account-related notifications.
• To generate AI-assisted suggestions such as decor ideas or tax and legal information, which are informational only and not professional advice.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. Data is only shared with the co-owners and renters you explicitly invite to a home. Service providers we use to operate the app (for example hosting, email, and AI generation) process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.

Data security

Access to your records is restricted so that only you, the co-owners of a shared home, and authorized renters can view relevant information. Credentials and sensitive files you store are protected by your account authentication.

Your choices

• You can view, edit, or delete the homes, accounts, and documents you create at any time.
• You can disconnect from shared homes by contacting the home owner.
• You can request deletion of your account and associated data.

Children

The app is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
